When I went to Suprema, it was during NYC winter Restaurant Week. I Was really excited that their burger was on the smaller menu, and it did not disappoint. Something I do wish was on the appetizer portion of the menu was a little charcuterie board, as I know that is also what Suprema is known for. 

My only note is they straight up did not let you have ketchup with the burger. As a ketchup enthusiast, this was definitely a let down for me. Apparently the chef feels passionate about the burger being served without it!
