This one Michelin Star restaurant was a lot more “laissez-faire” than other ones we’ve been to. With no white table cloths here, it had more of the trattoria/place next store vibe. Once we sat down, the decision was obvious to the group that we would all be doing the pasta tasting menu. We all agreed though that we could do without it the next time we go. We were so stuffed from this plus apps and steak that we had no room for dessert! In my opinion the star of the show was the tortelli with a special aged balsamico (not on the regular menu! This item was the last of the pasta tasting menu). And for all you vegetarian folks, you can still participate in the pasting tasting menu fun, as they do have this option too!
