Per se was an amazing experience. With three Michelin stars, the restaurant itself and the service was truly special. As the sister restaurant to the French Laundry in California, we got to go back in the kitchen to see they actually have cameras set up in both kitchens where the two groups of staff can wave to each other. My favorite menu item was their signature dish “oysters and pearls” with caviar. This tasting menu is 9 courses, but there is a lot of extra bites and palette cleansers in between.
