Parker’s Garage is hands down the best restaurant in LBI. Not only does it have the best food, but it also has the best view. Getting a table here right on the water at sunset is not an easy task and takes a lot of luck. Luckily, they do take reservations, but you have to make them 1-2 months in advance. I have gotten lucky a time or two walking in for a “first come first serve” table, but that usually comes with a two hour wait. All this being said, I understand why it is this way. All the food is made to be shared (family style). They put a twist on comfort classics such as: lobster corn dogs, clam chowder croquettes, and fried chicken with corn bread. And to top it all off, it is BYOB so you don’t have to worry about spending a ton on your bar bill.
