If you are in the mood for some spice, make your way to Mala Project in either midtown east or east village. This is an authentic dry pot place - where you can pick your protein, veggies, noodle, and way more mix ins into one bowl. You can choose your level of spice but the most mild level starts at medium 🔥 we found this because it was on the Michelin guide and it did not disappoint! Although we did not order the pig ear, we did order lots of other yummy bites. I loved it here and would definitely get it for takeout for a movie night in!
