Las Vegas
Las Vegas
Le Cirque
This is a colorful and fun restaurant located inside the Bellagio. With one Michelin star and amazing French cuisine, it is not a spot to miss. This is also a legendary name, as there used to be a location in New York City as well. This tasting menu was almost as fabulous as the decor … but the sommelier, Freddy, whose energy lit up the room, was the star of the night. My favorite dish was caviar over cauliflower custard.
Estiatorio Milos
This is a classic & light lunch spot in Vegas to have some wine before you hit the shops! We love the New York City location, and the Vegas menu is the exact same. We love to come here, pick out our fish ourselves from the ice bar, and pretend we are in Greece!
Guy Savoy
With so much to do in Vegas, and only a few nights there, there is only one guarantee: a trip to Guy Savoy. I went there a number of years ago when I was in middle school, and still was dreaming about the soup pictured: a constant staple on their menu. The soup is artichoke and black truffle soup with toasted mushroom brioche and black truffle butter. They also come around with a beautiful dessert cart and bread cart. We love it so much.. so we must take a trip to Paris to visit the other location!
Joel Robuchon
Another spot that I have been to quite a while ago (when I was in highschool) is Joel Robuchon (different from L’Atelier by Joel Robuchon), which was completely booked during my most recent trip to Vegas. This three Michelin star spot is without a doubt the best restaurant there and is something to make your trip really special. The menu is set with many courses, but even between those you receive so much extra food- such as a bread cart and a dessert cart that rolls around. All around, this is somewhere you should go to once in your lifetime if you are a big foodie.
