Kyu is a new fabulous Asian Fusion restaurant in Soho. They opened for brunch this fall, and we have been seeing a lot of buzz - so we wanted to check it out for ourselves. With two other locations in Miami and Mexico, the interior had a great vibe that was sleek and modern. Our favorite bite to share was definitely the Everything Scones with miso butter and apricot jam.

This place was great for sharing a bunch of plates because there were so many things that we wanted to try. After having brunch here, there are definitely items I would like to come back and try out for dinner as well! (such as their classic Korean Fried Chicken and Stone Pot Thai Fried Rice)
