Hierloom Kitchen

My family absolutely loves Hierloom Kitchen. In some ways, I feel like its Monmouth County’s best kept secret. Located tucked away in a strip mall in Old Bridge, you would not expect how magnificent the food is. I have been many times, but most recently came for a special Christmas Eve dinner with my grandparents that was lovely. The chef is so talented, and he would livestream videos during quarantine/lockdown on how to make at home friendly dishes. I have taken an official at home class during the summer of 2020 where we made his ricotta gnudi at home. They now offer in person cooking classes to take inside the restaurant- but you have to be on the lookout because they sell out very quickly!
