Eleven Madison Park

We went to EMP pre-pandemic before it was the vegan menu, so we will have to go back and check out what is new. But, knowing how amazing everything was when we went before, I am sure that anything that Daniel Humm comes up with is spectacular. When we went, we got to go into the kitchen, which was so cool to see what goes on back there. It is such a well oiled machine; it looks like they are performing a show with such precision in their lines. This meal is 10 courses so buckle up for a long dinner with lots of extras and table-side presentations included!
