El Vez, another member of the Starr Restaurant Group, is a great spot to hit in the Hudson Yards area. Unfortunately when we went, it was in 2020, and there was only outdoor seating available - so we were not able to experience the ambiance of the inside. Honorable mention is their plate of nachos, which has the chips only one layer on the underneath, so that each of the bites are all equally covered with toppings (other restaurants should take notes on this).
