Ed Cotton - Jack and Charlies 118

Another great class at De Gustibus Cooking School - this time with chef Ed Cotton from Jack and Charlies 118 in West Village, NY. Ed, with a very extensive resume, was so calm, cool, and collected. My favorite dish was definitely the duck meatloaf, which is a classic on their menu. All of the wine pairings are from Kobrand Wines, and you usually get some kind of coupon to order the wines at these classes too. The verdict: we need to get to Jack and Charlies 118 asap.
