We absolutely loved Arthur and Sons. This place was definitely not a "Carbone dupe" as people have hinted, but it is awesome in its own way. With diner booths and young wait staff, it was an entirely different vibe. Specifically, the spicy rigatoni vodka was in question to be better than Carbone’s - but my official review is it is hard to say which wins the battle because they were playing on different fields. Arthur & Sons was way more creamy and cheesy, where Carbone’s is 10 times more spicy. Pick your preference on what you look for in your spicy rig. You also really need to try their eggplant stack. If we are going to be comparing the two of Carbone & Arthur and Son's - then one thing IS the same....you leave feeling uncomfortably full.
